Nature vs Nurture: Im going to write this artical from a stand point that who you are is 50% nature and 50% nurture. There are plenty of articles in this forum talking about how to re-program the nurture side of things to get good with women so I shall leave that out. Im going to talk about Nature.

Seratonin: The main purpose seratonin serves, is making us happy. Our brain releases seratonin when we achieve something and we feel good. Most people with low seratonin levels achieve a lot of things in their life but keep chasing after the next thing, yet they dont feel all that happy (If this is extreme, we call it clinical depression). Then there are people who have very high seratonin levels are your typical scumbag who can smoke weed all day, never achieve anything in life and still be fucking happy (This to the extreme might be considered manic). If you suffer from feeling kinda down most of the time you probably have low seratonin levels.

Dopamine: Dopemine is the drug that makes you "crazy". What I mean by this is that it causes you to feel energetic, hyper and kinda crazy in a (usually) cool way. Basically dopamine in pua terms could be the "I dont give a fuck what people thing about me". Someone with low levels of dopamine is usually someone who has social anxiety, stutters, is nervous and tries to blend in. Someone with high levels of dopamine is that guy who really does crazy shit all the time and dosen't care. (Too much of this is mania, where you dont care about others to the point where you cant understand social feedback.)

Ecstacy: The drug ecstacy boosts seratonin and dopamine levels by unnaturally large amounts. I tried it once. This was before I ever knew about game. What happened was that I took it in a club with friends, danced like crazy, was so confident and secure and happy that I just grabbed girls around me and was making out in less than a minute. I was still the same AFC. Just with really really high levels of seratonin and dopamine. After the effects of the drug wore off and I met these girls on day 2s, they did not want me anymore.

So how do we naturally boost these levels of seratonin and dopamine? We cant take ecstacy everyday right?

-Achieveing your goal (seratonin)
-being around close friends you trust (dopamine)
-eating healthy (generally ensures healthy hormone production)

-Smiling and holding possitive body language (seratonin)
-buying something knew you like (seratonin)
-fish oils (may indirectly increase both)
-caffiene (dopamine in the short run)
-alchohol (a little bit of both but probably not worth the loss in coordination)
-5htp (Seratonin)

5HTP: Its an over the counter 100% natural drug sold at most supplement stores. Its basically a mild non addictive and non harmful anti depressant and it helps your body to naturally boost seratonin levels. I just started taking it yesterday and it does have some possitive effect.

You know, dopamine is KEY in PUA. Very, very key!

I know because several years back I took some speed and I was unstoppable. I was scoring the hottest chicks in the club without any effort and I felt on top of the world! The price I had to pay was that it shrunk my cock to about 1/3 of it's normal size for about a day and a half and I felt like absolute shit when it wore off.

It seemed so strange how some powder can give you this superpower with women for a few hours. What I learned though was how crucial dopamine is for PUA. Speed temporarily increases your dopamine massively but the side effects are absolutely terrible, so I would absolutely positively not recommend it.

There's natural ways to increase dopamine, and you can psyche yourself up into a high dopamine state mentally. I'm still working on this.

This reminds me of a time a while back when when my GP prescribed me on Luvox for depression and social anxiety. That medication made me fly like a kite, at one point I was literally climbing the walls. All inhibitions were put aside and I found that it not only gave me a constant high but also my libido shot through the roof. This was years before the seduction community became mainstream.

Back then I would approach women constantly, I fucked up a lot, but eventually I developed a style which worked for me. I don't think I ever screwed so many girls at one time, thinking back however the experience although effective, was produced by a small pill. Instant PUA, or at least I thought I was.
