i would say that i have i big approach anxiety but it goes away very quickly, my main problem is during daygame when i'm out i find it very very hard to do the first approach and get in a depressed state when i fail to in the first 30mins but on days i do make the first aproach i imediatly get fired up and go on to approach 20 and more, anytips on how to break the barier and dont say asking for direction i found that useless

thanks prutton

I can't give you the solution, since I am searching for it myself. However, the first thing I am going to try is to get myself a wingman. It will probably feel a lot easier to approach with another cool guy watching my approach, and waiting for me after it is done. My "obligation" to my wingman will make me conquer my AA. Once I have done enough approaches with my wing, I will likely be able to do them without him as well.

I suggest you try the same.

one of the best methods i have discovered myself whilst working with my friend matryn is to simply count your self in.

in your head give yourself the three second countdown like before a race, 3,2,1...go

and usually you wont give yourself a chance to talk yourself out of it, hope this helps
