2. How is your studies, that is are you getting good grades and is able to understand what is taught to you in class?
3.How is your social life.Do you mix well with both sexes and have activities with them like sports, study group or social outings.Do you have best friends or those
that you can confide in of either gender?
4. Did you have any traumatic incidents in your early life that made you be embarassed or awkward by your family or strangers?
5.Do you like and love yourself? Do you feel comfortable with what material
comforts that you have?
6. Do you socialise or stay at home after school?
7. You are in your teenage years so have not only physical and biological changes, mentally trying to find an identity that will fit expectations placed upon
you by family and society in general. It is normal for you to be anxious and apprehensive about things that concern you and your perception of the implications of your future.Every one experience this changes but with support from family, friends and caring adults like teachers and family friends.
Live a healthy life.Try not to smoke or drink as these substances are toxic and will
affect your body and mind.Get out of the house and enjoy nature, get some sun
for vitamin D. Reflect on these questions.Hopefully you can identify what's the true
cause for your anxiety.
1.) It's rocky at times, I don't really confide in any of them
2.) My grades are passing, not great. When I zone in and listen to what they're saying I'll understand it. However on those bad days of mine I can't focus.
3.) I feel like my social life isn't where it should be, when I'm not extremely worn out, I can form connections, but as for the opposite sex I have very few friends there. I feel as if I can confide in them, but first I feel I need to build that relationship up.
4.) Not that I recall.
5.) Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont. I'm very comfortable with the materials I have.
6.) I usually stay home after school.
