Gonna make this short and sweet
I got a social anxiety disorder and inferiority complex
I know this forum is about picking up girls, but im having problems just saying hi
Any and all help will be appreciated as i do not want life to slip by me

not at all, i dont know if it is a social anxiety disorder or not for sure i do have the signs of one is all
ive looked into cognitive behavior therapy but am still confused at the idea or where to go for it

You could always contact your physician who can point you in the right direction no?
I suppose so, i guess having anxiety about going to see a physician means i should probably get on it
