So thanks to u I have some kind of improvement when talking with women.
But there are some sticking points

1.I need a lot of time until I realize that there is a potential set....somehow I look only in my mind and it takes time to look into the outside world.....
2.8-10 seconds until I realise that the girl is giving me IOIs
same time for realizing that she made eye contact and wants to talk with me.
3.When some girl starts conversation with me I answer automatically with cold and short answer.For example today one girl said Hey u have a really nice sweetshirt.
And I just said thanks and nothing more.
3.1 Sometimes I run out of things to say and my mind blocks

Practice is what will help you get better. The more you go out the faster you'll pick up on these things and react to them quicker. It's just like throwing a ball back and forth. When you were young you had a hard time catching the ball and throwing the ball. Now it's probably like second nature to catch something someone throws at you, because you've practiced that skillset and are more fluent with it now.... PUA skills are much the same way.
