With that being said, how successful is hypnosis in getting rid of AA, becoming confident etc??? And what are some good resources in terms of hypnosis if it has helped you?? Are there any good PUA hypnosis stuff out there?
Question 2: Is there any great way of going on stage in front of a crowd without being a stand-up comedian?? I need to get rid of stage fright, but I find stand up comedy to be extremely bland and is definitely not my style.

It's simply a friction between something you want to do and a protection device to keep you safe. Pushing against AA technically means pushing against your self. Wouldn't it make more sense to feel the AA, let it know you listened to it but you're in charge of your life and then let it pass as all feelings must pass once they've been heard?
Hypnosis can work very well for some people who have AA or anxiety issues. It's not going to work in the same way for everyone. And there are other, alternative SPAM such as CBT which may work better for some people.
Hypnosis certainly has helped me over the years. It's not some wonder thing which will instantly make your life amazing. It takes work and effort and it can't violate your values. If you have a problem with the idea of being a player and try hypnotising yourself to become a player then that'd cause a whole heap of mental trouble. What hypnosis does do though is help you discover the truth about yourself and the illusions you thought were challenges.
Love Hypnotica's work. If you're into the really "out there" stuff then Steve Piccus is great.
My friends Adam Eason, Joseph Clough, Glenn Harrold, Adam Sargant do great work. I was also impressed with the Approaching Confidence download from PUA training.
It'll take you centuries to get through all of it but Igor Ledochowski has some good stuff too.
Mark Cunningham knows his stuff and his products are great too. Not too much my cup of tea really but others may find them of benefit.
Plenty more good quality recordings out there. But a recording does not know an individual person. If you have some serious issues to work on, see a professional. That way they can work on what's actually going on with you.
2) Why do you want to get rid of stage fright? Some of the world's best stage performers feel stage fright before going on stage and yet they do great work, do they not?
Why not take an amateur acting class at a local theatre, university, college etc? Actors get stage fright but they know how to turn it into a positive.
I once had a lead role in a touring theatre production. We arrived at this art centre place and were threatened by one of the locals as we were unloading the set from the van. And during the performance, we had bottles as well as insults thrown at us. That was frightening. Most audiences are not like that and will at least give you polite respect so there's little to be scared of. If things go wrong, at least you had the balls to get up there and give it a go.
I also once had to sing a solo in a amateur musical production. I had to be dressed as an old man and sing about how things were much better in years gone by. I was terrified every single night of the performance and dreaded the moment I had to walk on stage, sit down and get ready to sing.
To help myself, I stopped seeing the audience. They didn't exist whilst I was singing. I wasn't myself either. I got deep into the pretence of being a character. That really helped my confidence on stage.
