If you take your inner game seriously. This exercise might help you with any feelings that you have. In this case, it is approach anxiety. but i'd imagine it could be used for confidence, self concept, etc

it's long (25 minutes) but if you get in to it and take it seriously, it'll help

Was quite sceptical at first while watching that video, but gave it a chance. Felt really relaxed after doing it, and will try an approach ASAP to test out my emotions.

yeah, i was very skeptical too, especially when i noticed that the video looped. but it worked great for me, I had almost no AA after watching this.
