So many times, I'll read something that I really love and afterwards i'll be extremely social and have increased motivation. However, a lot of the time at college i'll just be in an antisocial mood because of classes, weather, etc.

I'm trying to slowly reach the point where I no longer have to rely on something like this in order to be outgoing. Right now though i think this is the best solution. So, would anyone be able to recommend perhaps a quote or a video clip that really got them in the mood to approach?

You might start by just accepting that you don't HAVE to be in a mood to be social all the time. Nobody is. In fact it would be kind of odd or even unhealthy if you were.

So first stop beating yourself up for needing time to yourself sometimes. Everyone does. Just like those who work out have to rest to let their muscles relax and grow, same with you.

So the question is what is a reasonable amount of time to be social. Aim for getting closer to that. But don't even try to be social all the time.
