firstly this post will be long but worthwhile...

im gonna go through why you get approach anxiety and it aint pretty then how to resolve it. this isnt going to be about an approach just the factors which influence why you dont do it, more specifically the internal factors

There are 2 contributing factors as to why you get approach anxiety and its very simple firstly theres a word any guy no matter who they are and what race they are they dont like to hear it its 'NO' and the other factor is 'putting the pussy on a pedestal.'

Simply put guys dont like to hear the word 'no' ever. in any situation we dont like to hear no 'can i have a raise? NO' can i borrow some money? no' and approaching a girl is the main activity where your likely to hear it more often. the reason we hate being told no is because we take it as a personal insult. 'Can i have your phone number? NO' 'Do you fancy meeting up later? NO' and sadly we dont take that rejection well. we most likely get frustrated usually along the lines of 'WHY NOT' then it escalates and can get worse if she refuses to give an answer you get frustrated, she says its not you its me you think its you and you get frustrated and she does say its you and again you get frustrated its a lose lose. so what do approach anxiety sufferers do they dont make an effort so they dont get rejected.

heres a couple of simple things firstly say its not you its her, she doesnt want to get to know you thats her issue not yours. dont take it personally she doesnt know you so it cant be personal. and most importantly THERES ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSE!! Sadly guys (EVEN IN THE PUA COMMUNITY) have this hang up i want that girl! you become locked on this one girl and if she rejects you thats it my nights over I HAVE TO HAVE THAT GIRL!!! you could have 20 playboy playmates in the room on their own dying for attention. YET your still locked onto this girl 'i have to have THAT ONE' theres always plenty of other girls. when you o to a bar and you ask for budweiser and the barman says no we havent got any do you turn round and go I HAVE TO HAVE BUDWEISER. you dont you say ok ill have a corona or another drink. you never get obsessive about having that one drink you select another its simple.. i know its hard when what you cant have you cant resist but sometimes you have to its life.


The second part is the quote from '40 year old virgin' Youre putting the pussy on a pedestal. we see this one girl and we believe her to be perfect. perfect hair teeth skin everything. Heres a newsflash SHE IS JUST LIKE ANY OTHER GIRL.
she bleeds out of her vagina every month, she burps farts pisses and shits like any other girl she has bad breath when she gets up in the morning and she gets spots. There are girls who dont suffer from any of those they are called dead girls. when she is dead she wont do any of those things. until then she will do, live wth it! just because she is ultra attractive it doesnt mean that she doesnt do these things shes spend ages getting ready, hair makeup shaving her underarms legs and pubic hair it doesnt make her less human. if you cant live with that fact youre better off going celibate. think of her as a human being rather then an image that she may project, just because you perceive her to be perfect it doesnt make it fact!

here is an exercise thats old in the pua community but it works: Learn to love failure basically get yourself rejected this is better for beginners then someone who already approaches.. go out for an afternoon preferably not where you are known so nowhere you usually go out or are very unlikely to go to. go an get yourself rejected dont even do it seriously you can even make a game out of it how long it will take. All you do is approach 10 girls and purposefully get yourself blown out make it outrageous if you want use cheesy pick up lines and then she rejects you you thank her and you leave. and thats it. this gets rid of any hangups you have about getting rejected[/b]
