So after many years of not having any sort of game plan for getting over my social anxiety and a few other issues I have finally decided to use pickup as a means to getting over my issues. Had a few dates during the past few weeks but haven't heard back after the initial meets.

The thing is I have spent most of my life with only 2 to 3 close friends. I'm 25 years old and I have never even made out with a girl. Most of high school and college consisted of a few initial dates here and there that never went beyond that. The only girl I ever really dated was for 3 weeks and we kissed a few times and thats about it.

Is there anybody else out there who is starting at the bottom like me? Any PUA's who overcame severe social anxiety and are now successful today?

I think another issue that has maintained this isolated state for most of my life is something called Sluggish Cognitive Tempo that makes it very difficult to maintain any kind of upbeat social energy. I often run out of things to say even if I've been talking with someone for a short time.

I moved to a new city a few months ago to start a new job and I've really tried to meet new people and create a new lifestyle but as of yet no success.

I know to be successful with women its important to adopt an interesting lifestyle or at least present yourself that way.

Even online I'm having very little success, 3 months and only 1 date. Probably messaged about 200 girls so far. I'd say I have less than a 1% response rate. I even use most of the openers that the other guys on here use and have success with but for some reason they haven't been working for me. I'm even a good looking guy, so I don't get this lack of success.

Just approach approach approach and approach nothing else

Learn from your mistakes and your game will improve whilst eliminating AA and keep practicising on your openers kino etc

You could meet up with some PUA's near your where you live too but when the time comes when you f-close its totally worth it!
