It bites me bad today. I failed to get my targets attention today (failed to be the alpha male between a fat kid and another guy [which by the way would probably not ask her out]). I couldn't get her attention, which means i didnt use my stuff i thought of last night (which were really great ideas into establishing a sense of comfort and me asking her to hang with me).

how do you deal with failure?

and more importantly, how do you build attention-getting-skills?

there is no failure as long as you learn from it.

the only easy way is to keep on truckin

dont get discouraged, get inspired.

there are few things i can say about life that i know for certain. one truth that i have discovered is that anything worth having in life you have to work for.

There are alot of ways to get the attention and keep it.I like to tell quick jokes to intially grab the attention and keep them guessing what I will say next but jokes dont last forever.They get lame after a while.Try a cheat sheet of choice stuff on it.
And remember if you are just starting out like me failure is going to happen while you are first learning your skills.In time you will be flawless,just take the mistakes and failures as learning experiences.
I struck out 6 times tonight sitting at this internet cafe practicing and reading the forums.
BUT I SUCCEEDED TWICE ALSO....
just getting phone numbers but today is the 1st day Im trying any of this new found PUA information.

lol, my target was at the game. i had an oppurtunity but i didnt take it because I wasn't in the mood for anything after today.
