what works for me i wait 10 days after you last masterbated or had sex. this stops me from over doing it and at the same time i can get some sexual frustration out if i dont get a girl in that time.

I think it's not good, because it reduces your level of motivation.
People just have too much gay rights activists education that perpetuates false statements that it's harmless, but after a person performs the act of master bating it reduces their sex drive which is the key to all motivation. because people only try to get rich because it will result in having a higher quality sexual partners.

I honestly did not have any problems with my inner game when it came down masturbation. If anything it kept me more relax in approaches. Maybe I get Less anxiety from how hot a HB is and how horny I am? Do whatever fits you. If you feel disgusted then you should stop. You always wanna feel good about your self.
