Hey, I'm new to this forum.

But I have been struggling with approach anxiety and was wondering if any one could help me out.

I guess you could call me the shy/quiet type, so even if I build up the courage to approach a women, I quickly run out of things to say.

Any advice or tips would be extremely appreciated!!!

try searching before you post problems up. It if the current solutions don't help you mention what they are so people don't suggest it again.
