Social shyness is my biggest problem, no matter it being around guys or girls. I've tried working on it quite a bit the past year and have really changed. Yet I still have a problem with picking up girls. What can I do to overcome my social shyness faster? It seems like a long process but anything I'm sure will help from literature to approach idea's. Can't wait to hear peoples thoughts.
