Not sociable + Being Overly self critical + Lack of activity = Depression
Depression + Trying = Failing
Depression + Trying + Failing = More Depression
Trying + Failing - Depression = Feeling Good about Trying
Depression = Constant negative self talk
Depression + lack of friends = isolation
Lack of friends - depression = solitude
Life + depression = Hell
Life - Depression = Living
Life + Depression - critical self talk = losing depression
Life - critical self talk - depression + people = returned sociability
Life + positive people + great lifestyle = Healthy lifestyle.
Hmmmmm, sorry about all the mathematical weirdness and sorry WhiteRussianDude for making you the scapegoat of this topic. But I dunno, I noticed a trend. PUA always preaches about what our "self talk" could be doing to us. Maybe this self talk is something we should really think about.

have you ever noticed that after talking to a girl she can go from a 6 to a 10 or vice versa (maybe not so drastic but you see my point)
What you think of a person dictates how you see them, this includes yourself. I used to think I looked badly and be depressed, when i would look at myself i would think ugly. I recently realized that I'm a pretty good looking guy, and i'll treat myself as such. I think that if you think of yourself as attractive then you will be.
