I've noticed that the way I look dictates how much confidence I have. If I wear a tight shirt, have my hair done nicely, and a clear face, I look good therefore I feel good, and I have more confidence.
However, what do we do on those days where we just don't look good at all. It's laundry day, and my clothes suck, My hair sucks, my face is all full of ugly zits.
The obvious answer is, go get more clothes, get a haircut, and go to a dermatologist
Yes that stuff is avoidable, but what do you do NOW? (Dermatologist appointment next month)
