What has overcoming approach anxiety done for you in life? These are some of the questions I want to ask the PUAs who have HAD it and who have OVERCOME it.

1. Do you have a different more positive perspective on life?
2. Improved all around inner game?
3. Reduced negative thoughts?
4. Increased positive thoughts?
5. Not paying as much attention to the little things that affected you in the past?
6. Stronger body language?
7. Deeper more masculine voice?
8. Not giving a fuck about the outcome of any situation?
9. Different view of yourself?
10. More happy with life?
11. Are more in the flow of conversations?
12. Thicker skin?
13. Stronger connections in conversations?
14. Increased consistency in state?
15. Not taking rejections so seriously?
16. Not feeling so down on yourself after a mistake?
17. Are able to handle shit tests more smoothly?
18. Being "yourself" more around strangers?

For me, and I'm far from overcome AA. I think following the 3 second rule has made me realise that we intellectualise , think or worry too much about what to say and it's outcome. It's surprising what you can come up with without thinking about it.

As an example last weekend I approached a nice looking lone lady sitting on a bench with a laptop. I said to myself 3 seconds and get to her. So i start walking and during that few second walk I just go up and ask her about wifi access. So fucking obvious but I'd never thought about it before. it came to me while walking. So it comes out and it's natural. Shame she was married (I think judging by the rings). Quite nice getting her to show me and I boss her round a bit.

Too much planning, thinking and not enough doing.

So doing approaches like this has made me realise how inventive I can be and how much you can simply go with the flow. I'm a big fan of natural game and Sinns stuff
