Unfortunately, if he keeps doing that, he is still going to pussy out. The subconscious doesn't process negative terms like "don't" and "won't" so the actual effect of saying "I'm not a pussy" is that the subconscious reads that statement as "I am a pussy."

When doing affirmations, you shouldn't say what you don't want to be, you should say what you want to be.

No: "I won't have approach anxiety today."

Yes: "I feel confident and relaxed and can approach women with ease today."
