OK. JUST TRY THIS. GO TO A SAUNA. STAY IN THERE FOR LIKE 30 MINUTES OR SO. TAKE A SHOWER. GO OUT AND GAME SOME GIRLS. YOU'LL BE SO REFRESHED AND YET AT PEACE YOU WON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. IT REALLY WORKS AFTER I DO THAT I FEEL LIKE I CAN SAY ANYTHING TO ANYBODY.


JUST TRY IT!!!!! OH AND NO NEED TO THANK ME :)

Relaxation excersises can also do wonders... If your general mental state is calm and relaxed, it's harder to freak out about something :) This is why your sauna method works :)

Being relaxed does not make me talkative.

My favorite method for a quick confidence boost is to listen to a hypnosis/ NLP track. Then practice some positive, encouraging inner speak to eliminate any remaining self-limitations and I'm good to go.

Some caffeine for a quick energy boost doesn't hurt either. But if I get too hyper, I start to say some pretty stupid stuff.
