If you want to be a better father, don't move from one city to a different one when your children are young.
My parents moved between 4 different cities between my age ot 15 to my age of 22, which completely destroyed my personal life (age of consent in my country is 15).
So, if you want to be a better parent, rent a flat/house or buy a flat/house in one city and stay there until your kids are at least 20.
