First, getting over a girl you were once attached to can be a difficult time. Understand that it will get better with time, but you have to put an honest effort in getting over her.

Realize that she hurt you and it is time to move on. This means cutting off communication with her for a while (maybe forever). This may seem drastic, but if talking to her and seeing her brings back feelings, then you owe it to yourself to end any communication with her.

Also, work on establishing a healthy life outside of her. I am sure you already have a life outside of her, but continue to develop this. Join a gym, go to a local group/club etc. Just get out and meet new people. Eventually, you'll meet a new girl and you'll never look back at this one girl.

I found that running was a great way for me to just get things off my mind. It also helped me lose some weight and got other girls interested in me which always helps when getting over a girl :)

Good luck man

thats great advice posted above.

again build that life without her. Go to the gym, get cut man, get a nice tan and next time she sees you shes going to think twice. Hang with all the friends you can, go out be spontaneous and dont hold yourself back from having a good time.

I know your pain man, your not alone. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and we were together 6 years. (not saying yours is less important just for perspective)
Its going to hurt man, but at some point you gotta take a stand for your own emotional well being. I hate to say this, but she's moved on man. I know that sux. But in the mean time, do what you can to better yourself, to find some one better suited for you, or maybe even her again one day in the future. But dont bank on that, bank on you comming up bigger better stronger when this is all past.

Keep that mind busy man, next time you think about her tell your brain to stop thinking about it. Eventually it will work on its own.
