I wasn't sure to put this topic, so I decided this is a good place to go.

So I recently moved to England and to be honest the pick-up field is not going well for me. I think a bit of it comes from the fact that I'm foreign but this is a thing I can't change so I won't be bother about this at all. The thing I want to focus is to how to understand and catch the birds. I noticed they are a bit infantile - getting drunk, laying on the street, screaming, etc are more things typical for younger girls back in my country so not really sure how to react on this one. A couple of weeks ago I took a girl's phone number. She was showing a massive IOI's watching me whole night in the club so I just went straight, took a picture with her on my phone and ask her to give me her facebook so i can tag her on the pic. As I expected she was all smiling, enjoying it and giving thumbs up. So it took me 2 mins literary to take her fb. When I added her the reply was "jog off brv". Initially I thought it was an other girl haha. Anyway, that was the strangest rejection. If she was 15 I would understand when she is not clear and sure enough with her actions but we are talking 18+ That's just an example with which I generalize my experience with brit girls so far. What do you think on the topic? Can you prove me wrong?

I think your experience says more about the sort of bars/clubs you're visiting.

A lot of British people drink to excess at weekends and get out of control, it's partly a maturity thing but if you're visiting low end places at weekends with cheap drink deals then you'll come across low class women who just want to get drunk.

I personally prefer day game or visiting bars/pubs which are a bit more laid back and don't attract people likely to end up in the gutter at 1am rolling around in their own vomit.

You need to find out some of the better establishments in your town, I think that'd help.

I think you/she meant 'jog on bruv' which a) means 'get lost', and) is a very chavvy expression to use, so I doubt you missed out much on that one!

A lot of English/British girls do seem much less elegant than girls i've met when in America/Eastern Europe, they also seem a lot harder to speak to, especially if you're foreign! (unless you're Irish or American i'd argue)..
