Long story short I have been friends with this girl since my freshman year of college 3 years ago. Don't really see her a whole lot now but took her to a fraternity semiformal the other night. Drank a ton, as did she. Don't remember the whole night. We started making out on the dance floor. Later in the night ended in my bed, and stopped just short of sex.
The week leading up to this I did some light texting, escalating a bit the day leading up to the event (it was my goal to get her back to my place). I suppose, I never really considered my plan for afterward.
I would like to turn her into more of a fuck buddy and/or leave potential open for a relationship at some point. She is going abroad next semester. If anyone has any ideas for techniques at this point, I don't really know what kind of game to run in this situation.

Easy.

Invite her round to talk about what happened. Then escalate the sexual desire in the room. I like to put on a DVD and watch it with a girl, turning into a good old "Ooow it's cold. Get yourself over here!" then you're snuggling. Use your breath on her neck, to arouse her.

The idea is to end up having had sex. That is what you want to get to.

This allows the idea of being an FB to be planted "I can't believe the last few times we've met up, we've ended up doing stuff. This seems to be getting a regular thing." Usually I smile and squeeze her hand or, if my arms are around her, hold her tighter for a second. Then you make it her idea. "You should come around more often. You seem to be enjoying it." At this point I usually just leave off and start kissing/biting her neck, to turn her on and have sex again.

If you've done that right, it's usually that simple.
