This isnt about game, but I thought in the whole spirit of guys helping guys someone could give some advice.

I have a medical examination on thursday to get into the navy. The medical will involve the time honoured "cough" test, to make sure things are working alright downstairs.

However, Ive noticed that sometimes, my scrotum is really tight, causing my boys to be pulled in, and other times its very loose and they swing around freely.

When its tight, my testicles dont really move when I cough! (or at least, i dont see them move) when its all loose they jump around quite nicely.

is this normal? does this happen to all guys?

How do I make sure that everything is nice and loose on the day?

It's irrelevant, all the doc is checking is if you have a hernia or not, it doesn't matter, don't worry about it. Yes it's normal for your sac to do that.
