I'm mad at my friend, but I don't know how to express it in such a way that it will change her behavior. I've done lots (in my opinion) of favors for her in the past, but she has never done anything for me, and I asked her to do me a small favor and she blew me off. I usually just ignore it and let it go, but this getting lame and I feel like a lame ass not doing anything. I need to express myself more.

Emotionally, I want to say, "You're the most fucking worthless friend I've ever had", but I think that's too destructive to actually say to her. I don't want to hurt her, I just want to express how I'm feeling, you know?

Does anyone have any advice?

Dude, you are being played...time to get out while you have some dignity left.

Maybe she will realize what she did, maybe not... its a crap shoot.

It is what it is.

Best,
