| Lmao, I guess it helps out to search for my name sometimes!
The MindLab is great - it makes you feel weird when you listen to the sounds, and the words are very subliminal - you can't decipher what the person's saying. Maybe if you edited the sounds.
All of the purposes the mp3's are supposed to be used for sound very similar. It starts off with water sounds, and goes into other pretty, hippy, nature crap.
I guess it works, it works pretty much just emotionally, though... I'd say that Hypnotica's or PUATraining's Confidence tapes would probably be better. I've heard clips of those before and they took me on a journey - lmao especially Hypnotica with his, "Bigger.... Stronger.... Brighter.... More Powerful.... Resonate.... RESONAAAAAAATTTEEE!!!" First time I heard that I giggled like a little girl, but I felt like a Man. And the bigger stronger thing kind of reminded me of having sex - not sure if it was intentional, but it was a great coincidence to what I thought at first.
PUATraining's has an Aussie talking (Adam or Gambler?) and it sounds cool the entire time. Aussies have a pretty cool accent, and a lot of the time I try doing a British accent it ends up being Aussie. I'm also a fan of Tim. This one sounded pretty cool, and especially liked the visual part like I've been doing. It was like a movie in my head and I didn't have to screw it up with unclear thoughts. It just told me basically what to visualize, and I could customize the environment and do what a confident Man does. Sometimes I'd go off track... Or (I fucking HATE this feeling!!) I'd try to imagine myself standing on the ground, but then I'd imagine myself floating away or like hovering above the ground. But I like to stay on the ground when I'm trying to talk.
The feeling is fine when I'm lying down, but otherwise... NO-HO-HO! It sucks. Imagine approaching a girl, everything's fine, you manage to get a hug then in the middle of it - you get ripped away by a lack of gravity.
