There are a few betas I interact with, one I live with, who just seem to try so hard to put me down. I don't let it bother me but it annoys the absolute shit out of me, they try to argue about tiny things that do not matter at all, and when I am with girls they bring up the most embarrassing things I did in my teenage years. I can usually play it off but it just annoys the hell out of me having to deal with it. Any suggestions? I don't want to just ditch them as friends, but I think that is what I have to do.

Bingo brother. Take this with a grain of salt as I don't know you personally but based on what you've provided you need to be spending your time with like minded badasses like you and not beta cockblockers.

You can also try living by yourself and do whatever you want without anyone putting you down.

Ocean- unfortunately you may be right, it's not even worth telling an example of something.. Its just beta to the max. Gonna try to get a new friend group

Brian- yeah it'll be my senior year here and I think living alone might be the best option for me
