Hey guys. So I've been trying brainwave entrainment for a little over 3 weeks now. Sometimes I go on youtube and find sound clips, but for the most part, I have been involved in the "Holosync" program, and also downloaded the "LifeFlow" meditation program as well. The holosync has me meditating to a soundtrack for an hour a day, and the life flow has me doing a 40 minute session. If you dont know what brainwave entrainment is, just look it up.

My question though is, do you think using a downloaded version will work just as well as the purchased version? Holosync can only be purchased in discs, but the lifeflow prgram can be download as well. Most of you here on this forum have probably checked out Hypnotica's work after reading the game....

Hypnotica claims that his work wont bring you any real benefits if it's downloaded as opposed to purchasing the cd... I personally think this is just marketing bullshit, but I figured I'd ask in the rare event that somebody on this forum actually had an experience like that happen to them where they've actually had to buy a product for it to do it's job.

I'm excited about the prospect of brainwave entrainment on my mind and am dedicated to meditating every day to make it work. It will improve my game, but to be honest, that's not really why I want this to work.

I REALLY just want to find inner peace, end all of my anxiety, (not including AA) and improve my over all well being.

So let me know what you guys think about downloading torrent and what not. Also, have any of you ever actually stuck with brainwave entrainment programs, and did you get something out of them?

In my opinion Brainwave Entertainment© is a scam. I tried it about a year ago, but I soon realized that the real results only come from many years of dedicated meditation.

All I can suggest to you is to use the meditation technique best fit for you, be it breathing for a start or whatever, ever tried chanting a mantra for 60 minutes? It's REALLY relaxing :)
If you practice regularly especially when your mind is in disorder and anxiety or stress floods you, you can learn to control yourself on a level ordinary people will not achieve.

The way to inner peace also leads through your past and the cycles you have established during your life which you might not be conscious of. Identify A.N.T.S. (it means roughly negative thought cycles) and delete them you can learn that via meditation.

But I don't want to keep babbling, you will know which way to go and don't let anyone make money out of your effort to finally meet your true self :)

Peace

Cyber

Thanks Cyber. Maybe it's different for everybody...

Thing is though, even IF these things really were scams, wouldnt taking the time to meditate for almost two hours a day in of itself be a big help???

I mean, even if the programs dont work, I AM still meditating...

I'm still pretty hopeful that I'll get something out of them though. Brainwaves have been scientifically proven, after all.

I just posted because I wanted people to share their thoughts.
