So I met a girl in NYC and we went out the next day before she moved out of the country. It was a good date but knowing she was moving I was hesitant to try anything and also knew I was going to be in her country in a month. Hey man, here are the 6 steps exit from LJBF... tried and tested by yours truly...

1. Make it clear from the start that you do not accept the LJBF. You reframe yourself as a highly sexual male that is very attracted to her and by denying that attraction you would be dishonest to her and you. You become alpha and honest, two major DHVs...

2. Behave like a non-friend, open doors for her, pull her chair when she's sitting down, help her with the coat and pay when you go out. Reframe the whole interaction to point that you are interested in her as a MAN is interested in a WOMAN...

3. Escalate, escalate, escalate... use physical interaction to complete the MAN interested in WOMAN frame. Don't back down unless she says so. Keep escalation as natural and flowing as possible.

4. Get her out partying in a loud and dynamic environment. Use the environment for your advantage: DHV, escalation, a couple of shots should get her in the mood...

5. Exit if she keeps going with the LJBF frame... of you cannot beat her frame, exit gracefully, even if you had made plans already... don't let her pressure you into keeping up seeing her if she's not receptive to your advances...

6. Be ready to lose her. At least you will be able to focus your efforts on other more receptive targets... and then again, you never had her to begin with...
