Ok guys here's the situation

I'm living with a guy and we talk about chicks from time to time. He DOESN'T read game though so he doesn't understand the mechanics of pickup and social relations. He thinks I'm shallow for wanting to fuck hot girls.

Really cute girl moved in our house this week

He is overexcited with the girl, has changed behaviour and tries to AMOG me constantly by taking the piss and trying to look "cool" in front of the girl. He's a good friend and a good guy and I don't want to reach a point were I'm so angry that I will avoid him (or even worse fight him).

I told him i'm not interested in this girl (as i'm banging another two at the moment) and that she's all his if he wants to mess around. He then he asked my advice on how to game her and I made sure to warn him that she lives in the same house so there is A LOT of different ways that this can get messy and awkward. Especially since the girl is really young and lacks relationship experiences.

I'm still not calm as I'm afraid his instincts to AMOG me might take over. And he obviously not having read game he doesn't understand what's taking over him or how to handle such a situation.
I'm sure that by taking the piss back or treating him "superiorly" (telling him he behaves like a child) will only make him defensive and escalate into conflict and the last thing I need is a housemate I don't get along with. Any ideas on how to "game" the situation for a win win?

If you don't give a shit about the girl, just wing for the poor Bro, the AMOG shit will then dry up on it's own if your facilitating getting hes wiener wet. Explain to him in advance that being a dick head will have a negative influence on her. Who gives a shit if it gets awkward for him later when it goes down in flames later around him, that's not your worry.

I'll try to keep the situation under that frame. And this is exactly how I feel about the awkward; it's his problem not mine. I hope this need to prove himself as superior male will go away... You would think that at an age of late 20s one would have left back such urges and recognise them for what they are. Apparently these instincts are not going away if you don't get educated about them
