My other wing however, is always avaliable to go out sarging but he is very hit and miss. He can be awsome if he really wants too. However he is just too negative mist the time. We have told him about 5 times to sort out his body language and tonality as its letting him down. He just says yeah, then does nothing about it. He gets the same result in every set and always blames it on the hb being drunk or being a bitch.
Something just didn't feel right about him, its the tonality of his voice, its like there is no personality at all. Also he has to pretend to have a converstion with me when not in set. Its like he has nothing of interest to talk about. When he isn't doing a set he just goes miserable and negative. I then waste all my energy trying to bring his state up. This never works. But his answer to everything is do another set. He never seems to want to learn or improve. Its always the girls fault not his.
Now don't get me wrong, if he is in state he can be awsone. But this seems very rare. Tonight i went home early, i was all psyched up, then i just felt drained and gave up for the night. Last week he was on form and it was one of my best nights ever.
My only solution seems to be trying solo game, which in gonna give a shot. However the idea of going out sarging alone is freaking me out a bit. Ie how do you look the fun guy when your out by yourself?
Sorry i just really gad to vent. Feel better already.
