I wanted to share this with you guys as i think this may influence my view of women in the future quite a bit, i taught about this a lot and i still cant come to terms with it.
Warning this may forever change your perception of women.
In WW1 in Great Britain there was a group of women that were going around handing white feathers of cowardice to all men they saw in civilian uniform. It was first brought to my attention by a Girlwriteswhat(a great youtube MRA if somewhat harsh to PUA in general), here is a link to a very detailed and extensive article about this.

At first i did not give it much taught but today in conversation with one of my acquaintances(a 50+ year old woman i used to work with and hardcore upholder of feminist ideals) we came into conflict about war as she claimed men were chiefly responsible for war, and i brought out White feather brigade.
She was disgusted by the idea to be honest, and said she will research it(honestly, now i wish i did not tell her about it because this could bring her worldview to its knees) so when i came home i started researching it on the net too, just in case she finds nothing(she is not so well versed in computers) and i need to give her some pointers.
What i found when i dived into this topic is far worse then what i expected. I expected that GB instated a draft at that time and WFB was only shaming men who were not reporting in mobilization.
Not so, at that time GB had a policy of volunteering, and this women were using their influence in society that was primarily centered around masculinity to send young men into their deaths, ww1 was a bloody conflict where young men were dieing in heaps due to invention of new machinegun, simply put generals were sending hordes of men to "do and die" in hopes few of them could reach enemy trenches, which rarely happened.
Worse still, they were very indiscriminate in their campaign, many men, especially in later years of war who were presented with white feather were chosen only because they were men, looked appropriate age and were in civilian clothes, thing is this was often aimed poorly, so some people who were given the white feather of cowardice included underage men(who would later often go and enlist illegally) or men who were too old, men working in important branches of industry, men unable to enlist due to disability and war veterans discharged due to suffering crippling wounds(examples include a man who was given a Victoria cross for valor by the king himself and a man who lost his fist and just happened to hold booth of his arms in his pockets SPAM) such examples were beginning to be more and more common as the war was progressing an more veterans were sent home.
Their method was especially cruel too, an attractive woman would approach a man in public and pretend she will hug him, only to suddenly tuck white feather in his shirt, with disgusted look on her face, signifying he is unworthy of her. To a man who based his entire identity on his masculinity such act was a gravest wound.
What i find even more disgusting is that women who aimed badly often tried to rectify their mistake by having sex with a wrongly accused man, like such act could somehow erase what they did to him.
All this left me feeling sick, more i entered into the topic more i was disgusted, such shameless use of ones gender to send somebody into almost certain death, and a joy this women felt in doing so made me seriously question if i rely want to have anything beyond one night stands with this creatures, i am sure there are a lot of women that are better than this but seriously, the fact that at one point almost whole young female population of one country was in on something like this was gut wrenching.
I was raised to respect women, even when i cam into PUA i merely redirected that respect to be more productive, but now, how can i regain this respect after learning this, knowledge that in a woman i am trying to sarge may be a WFB woman just below the surface waiting to come out will seriously impact my game, i am afraid i may rely stop caring, instead of just pretending to not care if she likes me.
EDIT: forgot to mention, Feminists were in on this too, in fact they were a main driving force behind it besides the government, a lesson to anyone that thinks this women are anything but a hate movement.
