INTRO

If you are already reading this, you are admitting to having a problem. This is what I’m here

to help you with. If I told you, that you can reach a total of 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 20, and a

maximum of even 30 days of complete sobriety, would you believe me? Well here it is, the

answer is yes, you really can. Your probably asking, how much? What’s the catch? Well

theirs isn’t a selling price, in fact, there is no fucking catch. Isn’t that amazing? No I’m not

God, and neither am I Jesus, and for the record, David Blaine either who by the way is

probably both lol, and no this isn’t some sort of marketing infomercial and neither am I

selling you some sort of compact magnetic item that vacuums or some Life Alert, “I’ve

free, and their isn’t a catch. What I’m telling you, is that you can reach that weeks span,

and ultimately that 30 day challenge “jerking” off. Yes I dare said it, JERKING OFF. Your

probably thinking I’m crazy, but I’m not, you can actually complete that 7 day period you

have set your self up to achieve and have failed, through masturbation. Have you ever set

that one week goal, and stopped in between, and said, damn, I don’t think I can do this?

This is crazy. Well let me explain something to you, if you believe that after jerking off every

other day, or every two days, that you can miraculously achieve a weeks worth of

soberness, than your wrong. The more you think of the week, the longer it becomes, the

less achievable the remaining days left seem. If you are trying to schedule a specific day of

the week, you are simply setting yourself up for failure, as I have, time and time again. I’m

not saying that this method, or the method I am about to introduce to you is 100% full proof,

because it is not, I just thought of this today as I was going for the full length week, and

cracked on the 5th day. I thought of this after I finished tubing it out, what I’m basically

saying is, if you plan to follow a schedule, your not going to do it. How many of us try to

plan things out, and try to follow some kind of schedule or plan in our lives, but end up doing

other things which were never there to begin with. Life is crazy, things are always changing,

we cant pretend like were going to follow it, but we can try our best to adapt to it. With this

method, you can adapt with out adapting, follow a schedule, with out a schedule, break the

cycle, with out a given cycle. With this method, you will be able to work, I mean, “jerk”, your

way up to the top. How many of us went for the 7 days, and broke down on the 3rd our 4th

day, and felt guilty and worthless afterward. And than said, fuck it, lets start all over, and

than broke again the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time, time and time again. I sure have, and I’m pretty

sure you have to. This is sort of a psychological thing, a way of tricking the mind into

believing their really isn’t a schedule or goal in mind, when their really is. The more you

believe in the schedule, the more apt you are in breaking it. If their really isn’t one, than you

really haven’t broken anything at all , thus, there is no guilt and neither any shame in the

act. Do I have your attention now?

The Method

This is all about baby steps, first, you what you need to do is just hold out, hold out till you

crack, that will pretty much paint you a picture of where you stand. Personally, I held out for

4 days going to a week. On the second attempt, 5 days. Than I finally stepped upon this

method, and decided I didn’t have to start over, but just simply pick up just where I left off. I

came to the conclusion that I didn’t really have to start over, I said to myself, wait a minute,

what if I just simply added another day and made it 6. Are you catching my drift? If you

haven’t yet, this is way to work your way up to the week while still having some fun. In my

case, now I have to wait till the 6th day marking period, and hold out for 6, on the next

attempt seven. And BAM their you go, I make a WEEK. Is that so hard. What this offers is

a 4 week program that will help you reach that one week status you been looking for. When

you think of it, it sounds a bit ridiculous really, it took God 6 days to create the friggin

Universe, and the whole entirety of it all. But it takes man 30, to achieve a week with out

jerking off. Multiply 6x5 and their you go. If it took God 6 days to create the universe with out

porn, I’m pretty sure you can hold out 7 with out too. Than again, what if god really didn’t

create the universe in one day, and actually created porn first cuz he was bored, watched it

on the first day, held out for the next 4 days, and than created the world on the 6th, and

rested on the seventh after breaking his cycle? All I’m saying is, I’m pretty sure God

understands our situation, and I’m pretty sure he understood his son Jesus’s s situation too.

I really cant see how God could have conjured up some illustrious father son talk with

Jesus, and tell him, “Uh Jesus, son of God, son of Me, uhhh, I really don’t know how to put

this, but I’m just going to throw this one out there, just for grabs sort of speak…umm, your

kinda gonna be born by a Virgin Maid called Mary, whos going to mother you, and her

husband Joseph whos going to father you, than im gonna kinda need you to do me a favor

and spread the good word for 20 or 30 odd years or so, your ummm, kinda gona have to

spend 40 days in a desert and get tempted by Lucifer, who by the way owes me some

money, so you tell him I haven’t forgotten bout that bet when you see’em, and yeaaaaaa,

your gona get persecuted and tortured and ultimately die and save humankind, but you can’t

get laid, Don’t even think about taking a trip to Babylon either, those Babylonian whores are

trouble, and if u do, sort of breeze by or something, tell Judy I’m sorry , and that I was drunk

and vulnerable, and to don’t worry cuz ill be sending some money monthly.” LoL but back to

the method. One is more apt to break his cycle, because he can simply start over or just

give up. But with this, you are more apt to stay true to your self, if u make 6 days after 3

weeks, why would you stop their? Wouldn’t you want to continue well on your path? The

schedule changes and varies, which really doesn’t make it a schedule at all, cuz each day

falls upon a different day. It will be harder to stop in the middle of this, and will be more

gratifying if you do reach your goal. Are you really going to break the “cycle” and start over,

something that took you 21 days to achieve? This will motivate you even more to make it

through. Its all psychological, if you think you have a schedule, you feel more confined by

time, but if u follow this method, than it will make things a lot more easier. Doesn’t this

sound better? You can jerk off while reaching that hard to reach week, instead of not for an

entire 7 days. In a nutshell, you are jerking off to reach that goal, rather than not jerking off

and failing, or not doing it and succeeding, which one sounds more fun? If you have any
