So, I'm having some issues with this HB10 I've been seeing. We went on a couple of dates, the first one was at a coffee pub (we stayed ~1h30), the second one was in a shopping center (I've casually asked her out, told her that a friend of mine flaked last minute, so I asked her if she wants to come with me to look for some clothes; we ended up getting a coffee and we stayed around 3 hours).

The problem is...she's too quiet. It seems like life bores her out, she doesn't talk much, when she does she keeps it short, she has little to none enthusiasm, she's spiritless, idk, I have a lot of adjectives for her. We had our fun moments, but it was pretty hard for me, especially the first time we went out. I sensed that I was the only one to talk and stuff like that, nevertheless it was fun, but no kino, no escalation, no nothing. Just a fun date. The second one was a bit different, I kinoed a bit, I did my thing, but I'm really having troubles when she's being so dull.

The thing is...I can see that she's devilish on the inside. We talk about porn stuff and shit, she's hot as f*ck, I get that feeling from her that she wants to be drilled hard and man I would like to sacrifice myself for the good of mankind and f*ck the sh*t out of her. How do I get her to open herself a bit, to let that devil come to play?

At first I thought you were asking how to get her to pick herself up.

The two of you need to be in environments where you can escalate i.e. a private location.

Sex is not something that you negotiate over a cup of coffee, actually, you can do that if the vibe is right to add tension to a sexual build up but I don't think that's the case for yourself.

Your problem is you need to DO.

As the previous dude said, you just need to get her alone and escalate. Chill out with her and then bring in some sexual energy, if she really is the freak you think she is and you make your move properly then it will likely come out when you start kissing on her erogenous zones.
