What happened to Ryan Kowalski?

I was looking around for a community or forum dedicated to the pandora's box system in order to find the scientific PUAs. Ryan Kowalski aka Vin Di Carlo's twitter goes dead in 2013, and his main website has no updates after 2013.

His main website is extremely shoddy as well. The home page has a bunch of advertisements about loans on it and at first I thought I was in one of those virus pop up windows...nope it was his main website.

There are no forums or any sort of communities either. I mean is he even alive? Anyone heard about the guy?
