She insists that she is a virgin despite obvious signs she isn't. Should I be concerned? Should I even bring it up? Are there any ways I can use this to DHV or maintain frame?

IMHO. If she's reluctant to fuck you because of that, you should think about nexting her.
Only because this could be a sign that she sees a guy that could take care of her LONGTERM in you (that is sexual deprivation for you while she fucks other dudes).
