The situation: I've worked with this girl for several months. We have been flirty at work but I never went after her because I value my job and I don't want any drama in the work place. So this constant resistance has helped build her attraction toward me. She was in the process of changing jobs so I guess she decided to make a move. Her friend asked me to have drinks with them sometime - eventually I decided to do a double date with her, her friend (also a co-worker) and her friend's boyfriend. We had a great night, very intimate but I denied her sex that night to increase the tension. We go out again and we also end up kissing a lot then she denies me sex. I felt that was fair, she said she wanted to try something different in her relationships and wait a while. I end up getting the itis bad, and nearly push her away. I pushed her to the point that she texted me to leave her be. So I do, I don't text her at all the following week. Then she comes up to me at work to talk work stuff which if fine, she comes in real close to me making contact. I still don't text her or IM her. She finally IM's me asking me how I'm doing and tells be about some family drama that unfolded the previous weekend and I tell her about my own. The next day, her final day at work before going to the new job. I IM her, asking if she's counting the hours left. That gets a laugh out of her. Then she leaves at the end of the day so I text her to stay in touch. She ends up putting a note on my car saying the same thing.

I'm over my itis but I would really like to date this girl, she's of a quality that I haven't seen in a while. How should I proceed?
