Dunno if this is the right place to post this, but I don't know where else to put it...

Basically, I have 0 attraction to girls who are the mainstream idea of hot. But I have a massive thing for any kind of alternative girl (rocker/punk/goth/emo). Weird? Maybe lol, but does anyone have any advice on getting this type of girl? I've already found the bar they go to in my town, but don't know what to do next.

Opening? So easy with these girls. They all wear very unusual clothing giving you several chances or comment on or make fun of, tattoo/piercings work well too, say you're thinking of having one done and whether she like hers, where she got it done, etc

Mid-game? They're all into music, rock/metal/emo/etc. Arm yourself with knowledge of at least a few bands. (If you're into it already, it helps too ) If you can say you're learning an instrument, even better. Also, almost every one of these girls is a wannabe "photographer". I like to do a routine where I hand her a camera and tease her about taking some shots around the bar. Make fun of the photos she took but find one that's ok and say you'll let her off. Mystery's photo routine is a great follow up to this too.

Closing? Depends how you want to close. A number/date close is easy, just find out when a semi-decent band is playing locally and ask her along. K-Close/F-Close, the same as any other girl.

Well I've got the music down fine, since I listen to the same bands that they would anyway. Talking about tattoos/clothing ect. is good, I'm so inexperienced I didn't think of it lol

Dude, personally it's become one of my rules to never hook up with the "alternative" type. I'm a punk, so I hang around those sort of places before I was even allowed to buy a drink at the bar legally... There are a lot of them that just dress and act that way cause it's "cool" the ones that really live that shit are completely fucked in the head. Honestly, just treat them like any other girl, you'll come right. You'll get a lot of shit tests though cause they only want the hardest punk or whatever, so be prepared for that. I once had a girl punch me through the face and ask if I still wanted to fuck her afterwards... It's gets strange out there!

Lol, Patriot, similar shit happened to me one night at a goth club. Got a tap on the shoulder, turned around, then BAM straight in the face. From a girl i knew and am currently in an open relationship with. It's no doubt a shit test, but i reckon there's probs an IOI in there too.

I used to date an alternative model. I met her at my best friends wedding (the families were really close). It was a 2 set, her and another girl. I just walked up there and got their names, bullshit'ed a conversation for about 3-4 minutes then I told them I had to go because I had to go to the bathroom (I was still really new to the game). Later on my best friend (who introduced me to the game). Told me he could tell by her body language that she was attracted to me and that I should go for it. So I walked up to her latter on, Neged her on her hair (It was blue and black). We talked about bands and then I gave her my facebook. Then I proceeded to ignore her as I got completely hammered (Come on it was my best friends wedding and I was in the wedding party). When I woke up I had a friend request from her and I just played the game and we ended up being in a relationship for 8 months. I ended up breaking up with her.

Oh man, this brings back a lot of memories! I currently live in a part of the world where there is no "scene" and no alt girls, but I was goth before the subculture really existed and spent a lot of years both scoring and failing with these girls--mostly failing early on, mostly scoring later on.

One difference is that a good percentage of alt/goth/emo/punk girls are explicitly and openly into some form of fetish, e.g. bdsm, bondage, D/s, etc. I personally have no problem with that, but the trick is that you have to sort the fetishists from the "stylists"--who are not down with that.

A couple of things you might try...

With a punk girl esp., put the palm of your hand against her shoulder and push (don't shove), but hard enough to move her, and say, "Get the fuck off of me, I'm not that easy." Say it like it both is and isn't a joke. She may retaliate physically... be ready for that.

With a goth girl, look directly at her for about 10 seconds, not hostile, just a focused, interested, observant gaze. If she looks away and then looks back say, "No, I don't think I'll tell you," then turn away. If (when!) she tries to to get you to "tell me what," refuse with knowing smile, at most say, "later." If she starts poking or otherwise taking it physical, take her by the wrist and draw her up close to you.

Both of these are inviting her to escalate. They work.
