I am assuming you mean stop beating yourself up about past failures?

I really like these types of posts. No. 20 really hit home for me years back when I was having some hard times and I think this is very important. People are alwasy blaming failures and even success on some outside factor. Until you are able to come to terms with yourself about this you will never be able to move forward in developing yourself. You cannot control anyones actions, thoughts and beliefs but your own.
