Holistic medicine doesn't do anything, stop wasting your cash.
wrong
it does at least as much good as allopathic medicine. if it doesn't seem to work, then at least it doesn't do the same amount of damage that allopathic medicine does whenever that is of no use to your condition.
most pharmaceutical products have little beneficial effects but a whole list of nasty to horrible side effects, which makes their usefulness is highly questionable...
on the other hand..
the notorious "snake oil" has already been vindicated. it contains 20% of the important omega3 derivative eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)...at 20% EPA, the chinese water snake is the richest known natural source of the parent of series 3 prostaglandins, which inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory series 2 prostaglandins. fish oils contain less.

whatever...
fish oil does it already, but that alone increases "brain power" just a little.
might want to try a few other things that help, such as certain binaural beats from the monroe institute (hemi sync).
rid your body of toxins as good as possible..everybody is well advised to detox nowadays.
also get rid of candida albicans and certain bugs, such as Proteus Vulgaris (found in soil, the large intestine,etc.. //aerobic & anaerobic

), which can degrade urea into ammonia..that bugger goes against your "brain power". if you then also happen to take nutritional supplements containing L-Arginine, that combination will have a highly detrimental effect on your capability to think. cleaning up the system from toxins and "bugs" is easiest done by Rifing (the use of frequency therapy; see: electroherbalism.com).
now, also sufficient water intake is just as valuable as fish oil for your brain power.
I often find that drinking 1/2 to 1 liter of water in less than 1 hour has the same boosting effect as a red bull drink; and water is definitely the healthier choice.
