I get depressed if i don`t approach women one day

If i don`t approach at least woman on a single day,i get depressed as shit.
Why is that?

Maybe you're not approaching and going out
practicing as much as you want or hope to.
If you do become depressed take up a
relaxing hobby or activity to take
your mind off it. It doesn't
necassarily have to be
fuckin yoga, it just
has to be something
you enjoy and can help you
forget and enjoy your own time.
I personally enjoy playing COD4 on my
PS3 when I wanna chill out, I even take my
puppy for a run nearly every day just to clear
my head. It actually helps
alot.
