Heys guys, Shredder here again. I would like your input on something. I have never feared, but sometimes wonder if perhaps, in the past, the way dress might have affected my outcome with certain female encounter. I see nothing wrong with embracing one's true individual self and in fact, encourage it!, but i just thought i would get some input from others. I dont dress like a circus attraction, or anything like that. My usual wardrobe consists of jeans (blue or black, no denim), a band tee, necklace, studded belt, and a pair of chuck taylors by Converse. So as you can see, i dress like a rocker, and i really dont see anything wrong with that, as its who i am. However, i dont think it would hurt to dress up every once in a while when i go out to the clubs or some other social gathering(s), such as a party. Where do you think would be a good place to start? Ive got rings, ive got watches, ive got necklaces. I mean, i have trinkets, but, im talking actual threads, man. Affliction clothing looks pretty decent, Have you guys ever looked into the company online? They have a real rocker/dark vibe to them that i think would compliment me greatly, as i LOVE wearing black. It happens to be one of the two of my favorite colors. Thanks for reading dudes, i just thought id ask, because, im not going to dress like a prep, or a ""gansta"", EVER. Totally NOT who i am. I believe identity is important. Its all we have!!!

You might be interested in Religion:

"Launched in east London, back in the Eighties, Religion was known for their trademark rock'n'roll t-shirts and sweatshirts. Aimed at the rave scene, Religion's fusion of fashion and music gave them an underground following. Now firmly distinguished with international cult status - Religion's innovative pieces have been worn by the likes of Kate Moss and more."

It seems to be exactly the kind of stuff you're after: edgy, alternative and quite dark, yet stylish and exclusive.

Hey, I forgot to say: if you're looking for something cheaper, but very stylish, try doublju: http://www.doublju.com/

It's a Korean brand, so be careful with the sizing, but some of their stuff looks great!

If you are asking the question, they probably are to some extent. Pick up a GQ and get in touch with the latest grooming, styling and fashion. Women read vogue and celebrity mags which are filled with male models and celebrities coveting these trends. Wouldn't it be wonderful for a woman to associate you with one of these guys before she has even met you. Makes opening a hell of a lot easier.
