I'm pulling the no contact thing with my ex to try and get back with her I havent called txted or tried facebooking her. She asked me if we could take a "break" which is total bullshit thats why we ended breaking up. I was planning on breaking up with her once she got back from alaska but someone told her i was going to before she got back. and she sent me a txt saying that she was thinking that we shold end it. I replied by asking her if someone told her and that is what happened. I made her bealive it was my idea to break up in the first place. The problem is we are both in a marching band and see each other almost every day. I don't look her way or talk to her.

We also both have similar friends in our social circle. Should i continue to talk to them?

Its been a few days sense the break up and she has sent me a text message saying ""Heyy so like are you pissed off at me or something because you really shouldn't be, I don't want to be the couple who brakes up and avoids each other for the rest of their lives, do you?" I didn't reply so I'm starting to think I'm coming across with the right message.
