Location: Louisville, KY
I signed up for their $4.95 access to the DVD's and such. They sent me an email with my "login" information about 30 minutes later. The problem is that the email they sent me looks like this:

*Your user name and password are

Username : **
Password :

and that's it.. it doesn't have a username or a password listed, and they won't answer my emails.

Anyone else have this experience?
