Hey guys.

Figured I'd add some information about various things that can help you as an individual,primarily in everyday situations.

Let's start:

1)Eat more Omega-3 Fats.

That's right.The good fat.Various studies have shown that eating foods rich in omega-3s(Salmon,Lentils,Walnuts,SPAM,etc...)not only increases you're health,but,more importantly,increases mood and outlook on life.I can attest to this,as I am a salmon fiend,and after eating it,I feel bliss.The more Omega-3s you eat,the better you'll be able to handle rejections and mishaps,and you'll be happy about it.Plus,you'll live longer.

2)Excercise!

For some,this might be daunting.Hell,walk a few miles if you have to.Studies have also shown that,while excercising,feelings of depression,anger,and negativity were cut in half.The brain cant focus on normal thoughts while in a heightened state of adrenaline,so most feelings are left numbed.If you're an athlete,weight lifter,jogger,etc...,you know what I'm talking about.Trust me,excercising is awsome for keeping inner game in track.Girl flaked on you?Hit the treadmill.Got LJBFed?Curl them damn dumbells!Remember boys and girls,Adrenaline is you're best friend!

3)Listen to crazy music.

Rap,Metal,Hardtrance,Hardhouse,Drum N Bass.There are many music genres you can listen to and have you're whole view of the world change.Again,studies have proven that music changes an individuals state of mind based on the frequency,BPM,and tone of the music played.If you listen to hard,banging techno,you'll be likely to be hyped,energetic,and eager to do stuff.With Metal,you feel mighty,powerful,bordering on sinister.On that same note,listening to Emo(Bitch music),makes you weak,depressed,and AFC.Choose a favorite genre that inspires feelings of high energy and power,and use it to you're advantage.

4)Styles send signals.

The way we dress tells other people about us,conciouslly and unconciouslly.Of course,most of us know that,and it is because of that knowledge that "peacocking" was invented.Unfortunately,there are some that have no fashion sense whatsoever.I'm not saying hire a gay fashionist to re-define your wardrobe,but do remember the essential no-nos.No:
-Baseball Caps(Unless for sport team)
-Sweatpants(Unless working out)
-Sneakers(See above)
-Baggy clothes
-Unkempt facial hair(Trimmed beard,goatee,soul patch,etc...Hell,if you want to really experiment with peacocking,get a Fu Manchu(Not advised)).
Of course,wear fitting clothing,stylish jeans,unique graphic shirts,matching belt and shoes,matching socks,etc... . Always be a step ahead.Men dont care much about women's way of dressing(We tend to mentally undress them anyway),but women DEFINITELY look if the shoes and belt match(Sorry fellas,life's a bitch).

and,finally

5)Remember,on Pick-up,3 drink MAXimum,not MINimum.

If you go some days to get fucked up(Which can be fun or nightmarish,depending on circumstances and luck),go ahead.When it comes to gaming,ALTHOUGH getting drunk makes you talk more,it doesn't work well.Get to the point where you're a bit loosened up,but have motor skills intact.

of course,adjust the number of drinks based on how many it takes to get you into the "sweet spot".

3 is a general number,as a majority can get a light buzz out of it,but not big enough to partially cloud judgement.

I know - just busting your balls a bit - 3 drinks where I live (where drinking is a lifestyle not an event) is like mouthwash!

I go with IOI - indicator of intoxication. When I can tell I feel good - I quit, or if I were ever so stupid as to buy my wing a drink - then I know I have had too much!

It's different for everyone. I'm still sharp after 6-7 beers (over maybe 2 hours). Not sure throwing a number out there like 3 is all that constructive, since tolerance for alcohol varies so dramatically from person to person. Time is another factor. 3 beers in 30 minutes is rough. 3 beers in a 6-7 hour stretch of sarging would barely register in my irish liver.
