Hair tests are the thing of the devil, I have fairly long hair which equates to a 2 or 3 year diary of every drug I have taken ... oh dear.
As for the piss test use the tried and tested method of a clean friends pee, if you are doing it at home then Im guessing your dad won't want to look at your weiner so it should be easy, especially if you stash the clean pee n the cistern. A good method to try would be to get the clean pee in the bathroom somewhere then next time your dad mentions it march him on down to a pharmacy pick up a test and take it home. He may not even bother or he may call your bluff in an epic way and take you to a clinic or something.

As for the 30 days if you are healthy it takes significantly less time as it is stored in fat in the body.
