well if you both are virgins, you have nothing to worry about.

safe method - condom. for me, i didnt learn shit in school besides use condoms and never kiss because you can get some diseases from both. only thing that is safe is hand jobs and safe sex.

tricky method ( unprotected) - hit it and stop before you are about to bust a load. there is a likelihood that she could get pregnant from doing this but not by much.
