Not to go too heavy in the science behind it
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in the body, by taking creatine supplements further production of phosphocreatine which helps supply energy to muscles and increases the number of available satelite cells enabling muscular hypertrophy (basically promoted muscle growth).
Studies on the effects of creatine as a supplement include the effect on the aerobic system. Which is negligible , hence these plucked figures of 75%. It can have serious effects on vital organs if used to
excess and improperly the same way any supplement can. Cycling of 6 weeks on 6 weeks off is a generalisation and it should be noted that dependent on the form and mix of creatine supplement you take the cycling times will differ. In fact Creatine ethyl ester negates the need for cycling with higher absorption rates and a longer half-life.
With sustained uses of creating constant water is necessary due to increased muscle water retention.
All of this is of course useless without a properly implemented workout/regime.
Did you know studies have shown use of protein supplements can cause infertility? Oh how i love these studies make things up.
