I thought this was the miscellaneous section where you could talk about anything. Hey man with $4800, you can get a good car. Just make sure to keep your options open, and do not go with the first car that catches your eye. Your best card is your ability to walk away from the deal. Keep in ind, the only reason the salesman still has the car is because no has been interested in purchasing it yet... which means he is loosing money keeping it in his inventory. Are you looking for anything in particular?

Seriously tho check out online car sites like mentioned above and also keep an eye out locally. Sometimes old people die, and leave behind barely used cars, and then thier significant other sells said car for much less then its worth.

If you do buy local find a car around 6900 and talk him down odds are he probally only has 4 something in it. when I was hustling a car dealer he got pissed and said what do u want me 2 make i said 500 is fair he said deal i talked a 7k down to 4.5k and my ride is tight. always negotiate and look for anything wrong with the car as a bargin chip act interested but ready to walk away at the drop of a hat :p good luck
