As I've read RSD Nation they say that girls are easy - one of the easiest places, I can't give you my feedback although I'm a local, because my game is bad.

The most famous fields are:

Day game:
Old city - however be aware, some girls are working to get "out of the price range" drinks etc. out of foreigner. So, if she is not kissing and playing hard to get, asking for something, telling you sleazy stories, do not buy anything! fuck it, there are plenty of good girls anyway.
Gallery Riga supermarket - very good place, Gallery centre supermarket - another honey spot,
Brivibas and Kr.Valdemara streets - constant supply. Origo supermarket and train station - easy to get!
Merkel streek (near circus) - constant supply.

Night game:
Clubs: La Rocca - 18-24 y.o, Studio 69 - too much of bitch shielding, First -the place to be, Just - lots of beautiful latvial girls, this is mainstream clubs to get laid. I would personally reccomend LA and First to any with average/above average level of game.

If you are looking for shit place - then it is "The Club":) easy to pick-up 18 y.o but, her level of kbnowledge would be the same;)
